How can I place an order?
Placing an order is very simple, select the products you prefer and click the Add to Cart button, proceed to the checkout following the steps indicated, once you make the payment you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about your order.
My payment failed, what should I do?
Your payment may not have been successful for various reasons, please check your credit card information or you may have run out of money, please contact your bank for more information.
Will exhausted products or sizes become available again?
Out of stock products may be available again, but we can not say when, you can check the website again or contact one of our stores to check availability.

Are the payments secure?
Of course it is! Payments are completely secure, we do not view or store your card details, all sensitive information is protected and encrypted.
I have a gift card, can I use it for online shopping?
Our physical gift cards (purchased at one of our stores) can only be used in our stores. Digital gift cards (purchased online) can be used both on our website and in our stores.
Orders & Returns
When will I receive my order?
We usually ship orders the next business day. Delivery is by courier in 1/2 working days. For orders received in our stores, the time is longer, it can take from 5 to 7 working days.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
Once your order has been received by the courier, you will receive an email with the code and link to track package tracking.
Do you ship abroad?
During the payment, the system will calculate the shipping costs based on the destination address.
I have not received the confirmation email of my order, what should I do?
First of all check the SPAM folder, if you do not find it, please contact our customer service.
I have received my order, but I want to return the products?
Applies only to defective products.
I received my order, but some products are defective or not the ones I ordered, what should I do?
You must begin the return process from your user panel or by contacting our customer service. In case of defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
I created my order by mistake, can I cancel it?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, we can cancel it until it is processed in the warehouse, otherwise you can start the return process as soon as you receive the package.
